1. Appointments & Cancellations
Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or in person. We kindly request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee at the clinic’s discretion.
2. Treatment Consent
All clients are required to complete a consultation and consent form prior to treatment. Our practitioners will explain the procedure, expected outcomes, potential risks, and aftercare instructions. You have the right to ask questions and withdraw consent at any time.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices displayed are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST. Trial pricing is available for first-time clients only and is subject to eligibility. We accept cash, EFTPOS, and major credit cards. Payment is due at the time of treatment.
